Never. Caregivers open a private link on their phone. No app, no account, no cost.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Creating a Snapshot, sharing it and logging care always work on Free. Paid plans add room to grow.
Can I switch or cancel?
Any time, from your Account page. If you go back to Free, your Snapshots stay; history older than 7 days is hidden until you upgrade again.
Is my information safe?
Care links expire on their own, only show what you choose, and every request is checked on our servers. Alerts never include health details.
