These terms are an agreement between you and Kura Apps ([legal business name]) for using Snapshot. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
What Snapshot is
Snapshot lets you record the information a caregiver needs about a person, pet, home or other responsibility, share it for a limited time through a private link, and see the updates the caregiver logs.
Snapshot is not a medical service or an emergency service. It doesn't give medical advice, diagnose anything or check the information people enter. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Give accurate account details and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at [privacy contact email] if you think someone else has used your account.
Your information
- What you add to Snapshot stays yours. You let us store and show it only so we can run Snapshot for you.
- Only add information you're allowed to share. If you add details about another adult, make sure they, or whoever may decide for them, are comfortable with it.
- You choose who sees your information and for how long. Revoke a care link or remove a Care Circle member at any time.
Caregivers
Caregivers don't need an account and never pay. When a caregiver uses a care link, these terms apply to how they use it. Care updates are written by caregivers; we don't check them for accuracy.
Fair use
Don't use Snapshot to break the law, harm anyone, share information you have no right to share, try to get into accounts or links that aren't yours, or overload or interfere with the service.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing. Plus and Family are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, at the prices shown on the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If we change prices, we'll tell you before the change applies to you.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Snapshot running and secure, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, so don't rely on it as your only way to share critical care information.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Kura Apps isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes, law and contact
If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [state]. Questions: [privacy contact email], [mailing address].
